The delegation was led by the distinguished Chairperson of WiLAT Nigeria, Pharm. Khadijah Sheidu-Shabi, FCILT.

The visit served as an executive platform for the leadership of the women’s wing to formally appreciate and commend Dr. Oyeyemi for the transformative, high-impact groundwork he has initiated since assuming the presidency of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) Nigeria.

Commending a Visionary Start: Driving Institutional Evolution

Since taking the helm, Dr. Oyeyemi has injected a dynamic, reform-oriented energy into CILT Nigeria, spearheading modern structural advancements and fostering an inclusive environment for all sub-structures within the institute.

During the interactive session, Pharm. Khadijah Sheidu-Shabi lauded the President’s inclusive leadership style, his strategic focus on capacity building, and his relentless drive to elevate the institute’s footprint across the African continent. Under his administration, the institute is witnessing a deliberate alignment of policy, innovation, and gender-inclusive growth.

“The proactive and visionary strides taken by the President since day one have set a baseline of excellence that inspires confidence across every arm of our great institute,” the WiLAT leadership remarked. “We are here to pledge our unalloyed support to his administration’s goals.”
