As the immediate past Corps Marshal and Chief Executive of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Dr. Oyeyemi made history as the first career officer to rise from the ranks to the absolute pinnacle of the agency. Over a legendary three-decade career, he engineered data-driven safety reforms, championed digital enforcement systems, and transformed the FRSC into a world-class, ISO-certified institution lauded by the World Bank and the United Nations.
