The answer lies within yourself, if you can’t find peace and happiness there, it’s not going to come from outside. The only thing certain in life is change. Learn to embrace it. If you get tired, learn to rest, not to quit. Let go of the things that make you doubt yourself. You are never too old to set a new goal or dream or a new dream. Courage is under pressure.
